October was a busy month in the office with Breast Cancer Awareness, and our team have been doing great things to raise money for this cause. Not only have we been busy raising money but throughout October we have leased a massive 25 properties.
Where have these new tenants come from? There has been a good number of people that have moved into the region and have relocated here for work which is a great sign of things to come. We have also had tenants stay with us who have moved to properties that have better suited them for one reason or another.
Our enquiry rate has remained steady and coming into November we seem to have a lot of enquiries with not enough properties available, so if you know anyone wanting their property leased out get them to come and see us.
We do have a few properties becoming vacant in the next two months, so if you are in need of a rental property keep an eye on our website for up and coming new listings.
