A strong finish to October but a slow start to November.
The trend certainly is identifying that ours buyers of today are attracted to those properties that are immaculately presented, 4×2 or 3×1, if it presents well and of course priced right you will receive the interest. Buyers want to be able to see themselves living in the property, they want it to feel like home and at the moment a renovators delight unless dirt cheap is not desired therefore, put a fresh lick of paint on the walls, tidy up and if you aren’t living in the property, consider staging it with furniture.
It’s no secret that it’s a buyer market so sellers need to make that effort to draw in the buyers to their property and buyers? Well buyers take your pick but be quick to put your pen to paper because we are on the cusp of what I believe to be a changing market.
